There are several ways to process an order:
- On-line. Your confidential information is protected by Secure Socket Layer [SSL] processing withich encrypts information you input.
- By Phone. Call 770-422-3314 or 800-377-4289
- By Fax. Use Order Form or your own purchase order.
- By Mail. Use Order Form or your own purchase order.
- When ordering by school purchase order, please provide:
- item model number
- catalog number
- discounted price
- a brief description of the desired item from our catalog
All products displayed in our catalog are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it for refund or exchange within 7 days LESS THE ORIGINAL COST OF SHIPPING. The item must be in brand new condition with all original packing. Customers must pay their own return shipping fees. For items over $1,500 there may be a restocking fee based on the item, please call for details.
Digital Microscopes and cameras can not be returned once item is openend unless product is deemed defective and qualifies for a replacement.
Balance returns- the units can not be used if exchange or return is requested. All Ohaus balances are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please notify us within 7 days after delivery for return instructions. After contacting us, return items must include your order number and our order number on all correspondence.
We only sell/ship to the United States of America (US).
We retain the right to refuse any order.

- We do everything we can to honor our published prices. However, sometimes price changes are mandated by our suppliers.

- All orders are subject to acceptance by Capital Microscope Services, Inc. of Georgia. Minimum orders on parts $50.00.
- Individuals: Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard or Discover, UPS COD collect. Orders from individuals (non-school teachers) must be accompanied by money order.
- Schools: Signed purchase orders accepted for private and public schools located in the United States. Please mail or fax a signed purchase order to us. Purchase order terms are net 30 days. Schools may also order by credit card - Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
- Industry: Credit card - Visa, Master Card or Discover, UPS COD collect. Payment terms of net 15 or net 30 can be established after a credit application check is completed, returned and approved.
- Missing or Damaged Items

We do everything in our power to make certain that you receive your order promptly and in good condition.
After receipt of your order:
- Please inspect order as soon as it arrives.
- Please contact us within seven days to report any damaged or missing items.
- For damaged merchandise, please save all packing material for carrier inspection.
- For UPS or parcel post shipment, notify us for instructions.
- For freight shipments, call the freight company and request inspection. Forward a copy of inspection report to us and we will contact you concerning a replacement.
